🌲 SEE THE WOOD FOR THE TREES 

Yoga transforms us physically and emotionally.  Self-study is a yoga practice that helps us to shine a light on what is working and not working in our lives.  Discerning the causes of happiness and stress in our lives can be super hard to do in the dizzying swirl of the busyness that consumes so much of our time.  With courage, and often after big emotional storms pass, we can practice unplugging, getting still, slowing down and developing compassionate objectivity to see how our thoughts give rise to our feelings.  We can see the correlations between the stories we tell and the quality of our experiences.  With this objectivity, we can choose to offer more energy and time to developing habits of body and mind that increase our comfort, and stop putting energy into habits that create our tension.  When our confidence in this practice grows, we stop putting our happiness into the hands of external, uncontrollable situations. 🙏🏻 #WeCanAlwaysChangeHowWeThinkAboutSomething #WeCannotChangeOthers #Svadhyaya #SelfStudy #WishpathYoga  #Meditation #Hypnotherapy
