Anxiety Relief
Ahh anxiety..... π± The feeling that comes when our minds go into the future and focus on βwhat if?β questions for which we have no answers. Here is a helpful tool: Pull your mind back to the present by focusing sequentially on five things you can see, four things you can hear, three sensations you can feel, two aromas you can smell and then lastly, one thing you can taste. Really let your attention be absorbed into each object. Go slowly. Repeat the cycle as many times as you need.
